Line 01 — Heat Transfer & Garment Labels
Tagless heat transfer labels, care labels, hang tags and woven labels — OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, wash-tested to 30+ domestic cycles (ISO 6330). Application window: 145–160 °C · 8–12 s · medium pressure.
Line 02 — Recycled Flexible Packaging
GRS-certified mailers and printed packaging with 30–100% post-consumer recycled content, produced on our own pelletizing and film-blowing lines. Ready for EU PPWR and UK retail packaging requirements.
Line 03 — Smart & Functional Materials
Thermochromic, photochromic, wet-sensitive and pH-responsive labels and inks — set-point accuracy ±2 °C, built on our proprietary WISUP® ink-adhesive platform.

Trial orders start from 500 pcs per design on labels and standard packaging. Smart-label and custom ink projects are scoped case by case. Volume pricing applies from 5,000 / 20,000 / 100,000 pcs tiers.
Yes — proofs and pre-production samples on standard lines carry no sampling fee; you cover courier only. Custom-formulated materials are quoted individually before sampling.
We supply into UK supermarket programmes and work BRC-aware. Materials carry GRS, OEKO-TEX and PCR certification, and we prepare documentation aligned to EU PPWR requirements and UK packaging rules.
Every certificate number is published on our certifications page with a direct link to the issuer’s verification portal — Textile Exchange, OEKO-TEX and Sedex.
