What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect: your name, company, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), the product line you are interested in, estimated volume, target market and your message. We do not collect payment data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (contract necessity / legitimate interest).
To send sampling and certification documentation you request.

What we never do

Sell or rent your data to third parties.
Add you to marketing lists without consent.
Share your project details with other customers.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless a supply relationship requires longer retention.

Your rights (GDPR / PIPL)

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@lihaishiye.com. We respond within 30 days.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP) to understand aggregate traffic. No analytics cookies are set before the tool is enabled and disclosed here.
