FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our flexible packaging solutions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design on flexible packaging lines. However, we understand that trial orders and market testing often require smaller volumes — lower quantities are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll find a solution that works for your budget and timeline.
How long does sampling take?
Standard product lines: 3–5 working days from artwork approval to sample dispatch. Custom formulations or special material requests may require additional time, which we'll confirm during the quotation phase. Courier cost is covered by the buyer.
Can you meet EU PPWR requirements?
Yes. Our flexible packaging materials carry GRS certification (TE-00057717) with 30–100% post-consumer recycled content, and our production processes are designed with PPWR compliance in mind. We provide full documentation including transaction certificates, batch traceability, and material data sheets aligned to EU requirements.
What certifications do you hold?
GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (SH003 168118), ISO 9001/14001/45001, and SMETA ethical audit. All certificate numbers are published on our website with direct links to the issuer's verification portals.
Do you offer custom sizes and printing?
Yes. All dimensions, thicknesses (50–80µm depending on application), and print designs are fully customizable. We support up to 10-colour printing and custom slitting widths from 800–1300mm. Bring your artwork or brief and our R&D team will develop a specification.
What materials do you work with?
Recycled PE (rPE), recycled PP (rPP), kraft paper composites, PLA biodegradable, and multi-layer coextruded films. Each material has specific performance characteristics — detailed specifications available on our products page or on request.
How do I verify your GRS certificate is real?
Every GRS transaction certificate we issue includes a unique TC number that can be verified directly on the Textile Exchange website. We also publish our GRS scope certificate number (TE-00057717) with a direct verification link on our certifications page.
What is your typical lead time for production?
Standard lines: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. Custom formulations or large-volume orders may extend to 4–6 weeks. Rush orders are possible on a case-by-case basis — let us know your deadline and we'll advise feasibility.
Do you ship to Europe and North America?
Yes. We regularly supply to the UK, EU, and North American markets. We can arrange FOB Shanghai, CIF, or DDP depending on your preference. All export documentation including certificates of origin, packing lists, and customs declarations are handled in-house.
Can you develop a packaging solution that isn't in your catalogue?
Absolutely. Our Suzhou R&D centre specializes in custom formulation development. We take on briefs under NDA, run pilot trials, and scale to production — all within our own facility. Past projects include custom barrier films, temperature-sensitive inks, and brand-specific colour formulations.
